I recently reconnected with singer songwriter Dan Houtz! Dan and I go back a long time; we met each other performing in coffee shops around the area in the early to mid 2000s. We had a great time talking about those days as well as what he is up to now- his bands, solo material, and a favorite cause of his- Band Together- which raises money for children in Harford County schools to have instruments for music education.
