Please welcome to the show- Dwight Weems! If you are from Baltimore and you've been to a wedding, bull roast, or corporate gala, or ever been to the Dundalk Heritage Fair, I am sure you've seen Dwight singing in his band "Gazze" (who is celebrating 50 years of making music this year!! We had a great time, talking about the hundreds of weddings and events he has performed at over the years, as well as his time at WBFF Channel 45 in Baltimore. He was at WBFF from day one, and worked there producing and directing Captain Chesapeake, Ghost Host, and many classic Baltimore commercials like "Mr. Ray's Hair Weave". We also discussed growing up in Dundalk and having family working "down the point", Dundalk Music, and his Mercy Mercy Me commercial for Baltimore's Mercy Hospital. We had a a lot of fun.
The Fowl Players of Perryville will be returning to the Western Maryland Scenic Railroad on September 10, October 8, and October 29, and at 5th Company Brewing on October 21, November 12, and December 10.
